You will undoubtedly stand in awe of the fireworks and festivities at the Christmas on Caddo Fireworks Festival, Saturday, Dec. 1. The festival kicks off at 3:30 p.m. in Earl Williamson Park in Oil City, followed by an amazing fireworks display at 6:30 p.m. This year’s fireworks are being presented by Pyromania Fireworks, LLC. It’s the only event of its kind in Shreveport-Bossier. Christmas on Caddo was created to promote the Christmas spirit of joy and giving to the very deserving communities in Northwest Louisiana.
Families can enjoy local entertainment, a jumping house, clowns, food booths, and arts and crafts. There will be a Santa Claus who will pose for pictures and provide a gift for each child.
Nearby the Christmas on Caddo Fireworks Festival is the Country Christmas Festival also taking place on Dec. 1 in downtown Vivian, Louisiana. The Festival promises to entertain guests with delicious food, entertainment, crafts and so much more. Open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free. Click here for more information.
